Josh is the photographer behind the lens and a current first grade cricketer with University Cricket Club. Years of playing have taught him to read a game the way a player does. He knows when a batter is about to take on the short ball, when a fielder is set to dive, and when a celebration is about to erupt. That instinct puts him in the right spot before the moment happens rather than after it. The result is images that feel like they were taken from inside the contest, not the sidelines.

Michelle leads the video side of the business and brings a background in competitive gymnastics and pole vault to every shoot. Both sports are won or lost in a split second, and years of chasing that perfect take-off and landing have given her an instinct for timing that few videographers have. She knows when an athlete is about to commit, where the peak of the movement will be, and how to capture the build-up, the effort and the emotion that follows.
